An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious solicitor to join the commercial litigation team on a full time basis for a well regarded firm in York. Hybrid working is available.

The team are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious litigator to join the team to focus on general litigation for a range of existing civil and commercial clients across landlord/tenant, neighbour disputes, contractual disputes, debt, and commercial property disputes.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive litigation solicitor looking to work alongside accomplished solicitors in their field where you will have an active role in the future success of the department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE however this is flexible.

An aptitude for business development and marketing is vital.

You will enjoy a varied and challenging role within a respected and reputable long standing law firm.
