Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Waste Operative Loader based in Exeter on temporary ongoing basis for a local authority.

As a Waste Operative you will carry out refuse collections and other duties that fall within the scope of the job description.

Main duties will include:

Adhere to Safe Systems of Work, Health & Safety policies.

To work mainly as part of a Waste Operations team, but not exclusively.

To undertake all tasks utilising manual handling techniques.

To complete paperwork relevant to the work as instructed by Supervisors / Managers.

To use in cab / mobile devices to undertake certain tasks as instructed by Supervisors / Managers.

You may be given reasonable instruction to carry out other tasks related to Waste Operations / Street Cleansing /MRF

To participate in Corporate Training as required

Required to work catch up weekends after a Bank Holidays / Christmas as required.

For this role candidate will require a full UK driving licence.

Working hours for this work are:

Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
