Operations Director - The Company:

Our client is an industry leading Telecoms contractor with offices across the M4 corridor from Cardiff to London. The company is able to offer the complete package of Design, Installation and Maintenance of unified structured cabling systems for modern day business connectivity.
With over 20-years experience delivering projects in both the public and private sectors, including: Government Departments, Educational establishments, correctional institutions, health care establishments, they have experience in delivering bespoke structured cabling solutions on range of projects in challenging environments.

Operations Director - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager/Project Director or above to join the team based in the Bristol office. You must have existing experience in Structured cabling, leading multiple project teams across a range of telecoms installation/cabling projects across sectors. You will lead day to day operations and directions of the business, overseeing project teams, involved with pre-construction and work winning working closely with the Commercial team.

Operations Director - The Person

* You will have solid experience with either a national or regional structured cabling contractor.

* Demonstrable experience of delivering projects via project site teams

* Have come through the Project Management route

* Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once

* Experience in programming, client interaction and delivery. You must be able to deliver projects autonomously in a leadership role.

* Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things

* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme

* A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including

* A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
