Job Description

Key duties:

* Preparation of accurate and timely consolidated management accounts and Board pack ready for CFO review.

* Analyse Business Performance daily, weekly and monthly and reporting variances and root cause analysis.

* Forecasting and management of group cash and regular reporting.

* Develop integrated financial models for forecasting and budgeting.

* Work with the FD to manage robust budget and forecasting processes for presentation internally and externally.

* Ensure the annual audit process runs smoothly and to time.

* Work with the Finance teams to ensure monthly management accounts are prepared accurately and in time with the Finance timetable.

* Implement, standardise and improve group wide reporting and controls.

* Ensure that all ledgers are being reconciled regularly and balance sheet reconciliation done diligently in collaboration with the finance team

* Review and approve payment runs and spending requests.

* Coach the finance team and implement a continuous improvement culture.

Other responsibilities:

* Providing finance support to the sales and operations teams.

* Provide day to day input and support to the FD, CFO and the wider team.

The Successful Applicant

* You will be a CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting skills and proven financial control experience ideally gained within a progressive, fast paced business.

* Experience of managing teams in an Scale up SME environment

* Advanced Microsoft excel skills.

* Robust and disciplined to meet deadlines while maintaining controls.

* Passionate and collaborative attitude.

* Can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
