Based in Cheshire, our client is a multi channel retailer looking to appoint a Head of Marketing into the team. The position of Head of Marketing is simply designed to translate the overall business strategy into an impactful marketing strategy to achieve the required KPI's.

As Head of Marketing for our client based in Cheshire, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness & consideration whilst delivering activations that truly engage customers and stand out from the competitors, ensuring the brand remains an authentic and credible voice in the market.

In the position of Head of Marketing, we are looking for an inspirational leader capable of setting overall strategy and engaging the marketing team.

In the position of Head of Marketing, you will be expected to:

Own, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Coach, lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in product, communications, and customer experience.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives.
Take a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments, including Buying, Collabs, CS, CX and others to ensure a unified brand experience.To be considered for the position of Head of Marketing for our client based in Cheshire, you will offer a track record of success operating at a similar level within retail.
