Our Barclay Meade brand are looking for someone to take over a fast paced, fast growing Defence Training desk - with the view of nurturing, growing, and building a national desk with a long term view to leading a team.

Recruitment Consultant.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment or Sales professional to join our well established Future Skills business, focusing on the fast growing Defence Training market.

Our Barclay Meade brand have been one of the names in the training and employability space for decades; and this is an exciting area for us!

It's one that we have been establishing for the last year and a half, so not a completely cold desk but naturally need someone who can come in and build it out.

There's a fantastic long term opportunity to grow it nationally, with a view to growing it to a point where there is a chance to build and manage a team.

You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

Working alongside Katharine Winter who is a phenomenal leader - as well as a subject matter expert, being part of a high performing team where you're working alongside one of the best performing consultants in Barclay Meade; as well as benefitting from Melissa France; a highly experienced sector head with a track record of growing and scaling teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.

Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.

Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.

Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.

Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
