This Internal Sales Manager role will help this already healthy precision engineering business achieve its target revenues.
Its products may be small but they are playing a big part in some of the worlds most exciting and cutting edge applications wind and hydro power, F1, aviation, marine, petrochemicalsyour customers will represent a very wide range of industries.
In this role you will be able to fully develop your knack of spotting, developing and maximising sales opportunities. You will be able to develop, implement and continually refine the commercial strategy by identifying market trends, customer needs and competitive intelligence.
You'll be able to use your talent for problem solving as niche market customers often come looking for solutions that require a creative approach and an eye for continuous development.
It will also allow you to be hands on with managing, coaching and developing an internal sales admin and estimation team theres so much room here for you to make your mark.
