Fusion People are actively recruiting for an Central Support Team Leader to work on behalf of our Bristol based client who are tasked with overseeing a large property portfolio.
Purpose of vacancy:
Manage the back-office activities that support the operations team deliver accommodation, private rentals, office space and holiday lets across the company.
In addition, offering hands on support by carrying out key line management duties the operations team.Main Duty's and Responsibilities:
uphold company standards across property portfolio cover for direct reports operations and management company in-boxes
Oversee holiday lets and private rentals (occupancy, rent collection, tenancy officer)
Monitor the maintenance and bookings in-boxes to ensure they're being adequately managed
On-boarding and off-boarding
Line manage Emergency Accommodation department's team leader, operations support assistants and surveyor
Cover bookings/maintenance support when necessary
Continuous improvement
Data protection officer
Deputy safeguarding
Oversee completion of training
Competent/fit and proper person (H&S)
Partake in the annual policy review and implement any changes
Ensure that internal stakeholders comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and standards that apply (training, certification etc.) promote a positive company reputation to internal and external stakeholders resource planning for operations and maintenance department (including on-call rota) support with inventory management and stock allocation (hire log, ordering summary, stock allocation) cover for I.T support (CCTV, password resets, overreach system)
Enhance communication through regular business updates
Manage compliance with all legal & customer requirements (GDPR, H&S, Fire safety, framework agreement etc.)
General admin
Complaints resolution · support new projects/business initiatives
Participate in On call rota for duty manager cover
On behalf of accounts, ensure meter readings are submitted on-time
Oversee the group's commercial lease agreement
Grow profits by increasing revenue through strong negotiation skills and cost-saving through improved efficiency's
Maintain a minimum of 98% occupancy help to manage contracts and services, address issues effectively
Manage adherence to company policy and procedures
Support accounts with insurance renewals/claims, as appropriate
Monitor HMO and EPC renewals and process these on time
Provide hands on guidance to operations to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficientlySkills:
