MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE (COMMERCIAL SECTOR)

Van Provided - Must have full Uk Licence

Vans are kept at the yard (Not to be taken home)

Basic Details:

* £140 - £170 per day

* 11 hour shift per day (Travel included)

* Opportunity to carry out Price Work

* Van & Fuel Card Supplied

* Covering London and South East Counties (50/50 London/SE Counties)

* Call Out (Standby Bonus)

Multi Trade Operative Duties & Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance repairs and reactive repairs to a variety of properties and their assets.

* Working mobile across London and the South East counties

* Customer facing, offering the best advice and solutions to any issues that they may have

* Covering: Roofing repairs, basic carpentry, plumbing issues and repairs as well as painting/decorating and fabric maintenance repairs

* Working in Commercial sector, clients can include; Multi Tenanted Offices, Council Buildings, Petrol Stations and many other clients

* Working as part of an on-call rota, responding to emergency call outs.?

Multi Trade Operative Skills & Qualifications:

* Qualified in a trade: Carpentry, Roofing, Plastering, Plumbing or Similar (NVQ Level 2)

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* Good Health & Safety Knowledge

* Ideally IPAF and PASMA Training (Can be offered if not)

* 3+ Years Industry Experience within the Commercial Sector

Multi Trade Operative Salary & Benefits:

* PAYE: up to £44,000 Per Annum

* Company Van & Fuel Card Supplied
