Responsibilities:

Provide holistic and individualized nursing care to patients with complex mental health conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Foster a therapeutic and supportive environment for patients, promoting their overall well-being.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements:

Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
