As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as an Estimator/Business Development Professional.

Position Overview:

As an Estimator/Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by combining your estimating skills with business development expertise. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for analysing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and actively contributing to the business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

* Utilise your business development skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

* Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing their capabilities and competitive advantages.

* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.

* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

* Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

* Degree in Construction Management is preferred but not essential.

Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and will be in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
