Role Overview:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to empower students and facilitate their academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs, contributing to their social and emotional development, and collaborating with educators to ensure a comprehensive approach to learning support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised support to students, focusing on their unique learning requirements.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with teaching staff and external specialists to implement tailored support plans.
Assist in managing challenging behaviours and implementing proactive behaviour management techniques.Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of students.
Genuine passion for supporting diverse learners and creating inclusive educational experiences.
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
