Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services/M&E

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to drive successful project outcomes.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance project success and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as required.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the Building Services/M&E sector.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and other related technologies.
Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
