This has been a great car for my wife for the last 3 years but unfortunately the EML light came on the other day & the vehicle went into limp mode (wont go over 20mph). Soon as it happened she pulled over & I got the vehicle recovered back home. We had the recovery company put it on their diagnostic equipment & they told us it was fault code P2009 Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Bank 1. My wife needs a car straight away so instead of going down the route of getting this one fixed we just purchased another car so this needs to be sold. The MOT runs out on 10/05/2023 so not long left & the car CAN'T BE DRIVEN so needs to be trailered away as per reason above. Can't find the log book but still have the other half of the original one but new keeper will be done online as not leaving it in my wifes name, also have handbooks etc. Few marks on the bodywork as you would expect with a 14 year old vehicle. We have also just been advised there is 2 FACTORY RECALLS on the vehicle, so it can be taken back to MB & have the Drivers Airbag & Brake Booster issues done FOC, not that there are any issues with them that has effected the car in any way but it is under recall
