Escape Recruitment are looking to recruit Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a fast-paced manufacturing company who are based in Ayrshire. This is a shift-based position and you must be available to work a continental shift pattern of 4 on/4 off, 12-hour shifts.

The role:

You will work closely with the wider maintenance team to maintain the plant and ensure downtime is minimised.
Repair and overhaul all plant equipment, replacing anything damaged.
Diagnose and resolve faults with equipment.
Participate and close out assigned tasks in relation to seasonal overhauls.

About you:

Qualified maintenance engineer or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience within a heavy mechanical facility.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
