Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation based in Dartford to recruit a Commercial Support Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting position. Full-time and permanent role.
Job purpose:
The successful candidate will manage the local commercial back office activities, which includes communications between local, corporate, and external logistics providers.
Managing customer information in SAP such as prices and quotation rules
Managing the complete consignment stock process including invoicing and stock takes
Manage spare parts for engineers including full control of the process in SAP and stock takes
Manage order processing activities, such as credit/debit notes, service orders and technical support for web portal.
Manage logistic providers
Purchase orders
Manage local invoicing
Report local KPIs
Management of the invoicing and goods receipt process
First point of contact for the third party order processing provider
Second level assistance to customersExperience:
Experience in Customer ServiceTechnical Competencies:
Apply knowledge of computing systems and software structure.
SAP ERP knowledge is essential. Currently SAP ERP 6.0 being used.
Experience in using Microsoft Office package especially Microsoft Excel.Skills:
Being able to interface with multi stakeholders including sales and finance
Accuracy, comprehension of technical issues
High problem-solving and decision-making capability
Effective analytical skills
Interdisciplinary thought and quality awareness
Well organised, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
