Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our clients team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 consecutive months of direct sales experience,B2B/B2C sales, and contact centre experience. Experience in retention sales, business development, and collections is highly valued.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 consecutive months of direct sales experience within the last 3 years.
Experience in a fast-paced industry with the ability to showcase performance.
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build rapport.
Highly target-driven and resilient with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Must consent to DBS, reference, and credit checks.
Must be comfortable with warm leads, upselling, and retention strategies.
Proficiency in using computer equipment (provided) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle manufacturer data and win-back data effectively.
Responsibilities:
Utilize warm and cold leads to upsell additional coverage for household appliances and electronics.
Conduct fact-finding calls to identify client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Engage with clients who have left or are considering leaving to retain their business.
Initiate welcome calls and sales openings to upsell insurance on new appliances purchased by clients.
