Our client who work within the Aluminium Window and Door industry . Due to the increase in turnover we need to improve our management systems and Quality Assurance . The factory has long standing dedicated employees and mainly responsible for the fabrication of our large jobs only. They are looking for a candidate from the Glazing and facade industry who has transferable skills based in the North West region.
The QA and Stock Control position
* To ensure that all external and internal requirements and standards are met before dispatch
* Make sure all fabricated products are made to a high standard and using an Ipad the information is loaded up into our inhouse software
* Monitor all operations that affect product quality
* Inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying and reporting mistakes and non-conformity issues
* Provide NCRs information and come up with suggestions on how the company can reduce and eliminate them
* Be Team Player and work with Colleagues aiming for continuous improvement's
* Develop standards, policies, inspection and reporting procedures
* In conjunction with the management team to supervise and guide the production staff to making better products
* Keep records and report monthly quality reports
* Maintain stock safety levels and make sure goods are ordered in time and to the correct specification
* Oversee Goods in and Goods out , correct paperwork is raised , checked pre delivery and on return the drivers signed paperwork is saved

Skills & Experience:
* Preferably have a background in the Aluminium Window and Door Fabrication
* Solid experience in quality control procedures
* Knowledge and experience of quality control and proven quality control skills
* ISO certification / auditing experience
