Small Works Project Manager | Derby | Salary - £40000 - £48000 | Company Car or Car allowance - £5000 per annum
Cherry Professional are currently working with a well established and thriving business based in Derby. They are looking for a Small Works Project Manager to join their close knit and thriving team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a variety of duties and develop your skill set.

Responsibilities:

Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
Regular contact with customers to keep them updated
Overseeing new projects through to completion.
Site visits to survey new projects
Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new projects & clients
Providing technical advice
Organising installation and commissioning
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Site visits and client meetings
Ideal Candidate:

Proven project management, Project Engineer, Project Manager or Install Management experience in fire alarms, Fire Detection
Knowledge of fire alarm systems installations
Experience of successfully delivering small project works
Demonstratable experience of managing a project budget.
Organisation of programs of works
Good communication with the ability to adapt to situations arising and changing priorities
Organisation of own work
