Location: Leicestershire & Warwickshire

Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client is a well-established estate agency, providing land and estate services to residential, commercial, and rural clients.

The Role:

As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in property management, conducting inspections, and addressing maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:

Serving as the primary contact for landlords.
Liaise with landlords and tenants.
Managing property-related matters.
Meet lettings applicants, assess property requirements.
Report maintenance issues.
Ensure gas and electric certificates are up to date.
Deal with lettings inquiries and arrange viewings.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Lettings Administrator or in a similar role.
Previous Property Management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving license.
