To supervise retail contract and warranty claim handling, payments and audits.
Providing accurate quality follow up reports. To control and manage the systems in line with warranty and contract policies and agreements. To control and manage the central administrationa tteam including performance management
Assess all claims received outside of the normal warranty period with Technical support to ascertain if a valid Technical Goodwill claim can be made.
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of the final implications of decisions taken.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to gain credibility on all levels.
To liaise with Technical Services, Quality and Warranty functions with Market Company Understanding of basic finance and financial analysis concepts
