Job Title: Finance System Implementation Manager
Location: Belfast, BT3. HYBRID OPTION
Duration: 9 Month contract.
On behalf of our client, a small Charity with an emotive mission in Ireland, we are seeking a Financial Systems Implementation Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this is a hands-on role requiring a wide variety of skills and a high degree of autonomy.
You will be taking the charity from their current system to a new finance system provider, this is an amazing opportunity to help develop and implement a new system to deliver the reporting, operational and internal control requirements to support the charitys vision.
You will need:
* Qualified Accountant with a recognised professional accounting qualification. OR 2+ years exp experience in successfully delivering finance systems implementations.
* ERP systems implementation experience
* Well-rounded understanding of financial management processes and systems.
* Knowledge of financial process design including GL
* Demonstrable proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel.
* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
* Experience of managing internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
What you will do:
* Collaboratively develop a robust chart of accounts system
* Master Data cleanse
* Lead data migration, testing and integrity
* Workflow roles, security and user access
* Report design (financial, management & departmental reports)
* Procedure Documentation & Training
Salary: is Band 9, Pay Point 41 - £37,383 plus a great range of benefits.
