We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Oxford. The business has been established for over a century and is still family owned, with many members of the family working within the team. They have worked to create a supportive, collaborative and driven culture within the team which has constituted to many of their employees serving long periods of time with the business.

They deliver schemes across a range of sectors which include commercial, education, heritage and residential with projects that value up to £25mil. Projects are administered typically via JCT forms of contract and are a mix of competitive and negotiated tenders. Due to an increase n workload, they're now looking to take on an additional Quantity Surveyor with experience of managing their own projects. This could suit a Quantity Surveyor who's looking to make a step up or an experienced QS.

In return, they're offering the opportunity to join a business with a localised order book, with all projects that are tendered being within an hours' radius of Oxford. They're offering a salary of up to £65k + Package for the right candidate.
