CNC Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic Production operative to join a friendly team in Yeovil Somerset.

The Production Operative is responsible for setting up and operating engineering anf manufacturing machines , press brake machines, to comply with customer orders, ensuring that the finished result is of the highest quality and always delivered on time.

This is an exciting role within a friendly team, where on the job training is given.

Duties

* Operating processing machines to ensure targets are achieved and the finished product achieves the correct quality

* Working as part of a team to ensure the production flow is maintained, and daily production deadlines are met.

* Routine cleaning & maintenance of the machines.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Experience in operating machinery

* Candidate must show good knowledge of engineering processes and demonstrate their ability to operate such machinery.

* Good Team Player, with a positive attitude

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

* Focussed yet flexible approach solution finder

* Ability to perform well in a time-pressured environment

Job Type: Temporary to permanent contract

Salary: £14.37 ph

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern, one week 6am-2pm, the next week 2pm-10pm
