Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships through strategic review meetings.
Account Growth and Retention: Develop and execute strategic account roadmaps for revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation and renewal processes, maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration across internal departments for exceptional customer service. Effectively communicate service updates, offerings, and industry insights to clients.
We seek individuals with proven client success or account management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organizational abilities. This hybrid role offers a balanced work arrangement with office days on Mondays and optional work from home or client location flexibility from Tuesday to Friday.
