Administrator Redditch Permanent Full Time Salary £23k per annum
My client, a leading software specialist based in Redditch, is on the look out for an ambitious, bright and fun Office Administrator to join their growing team. Offering annual trips abroad, lunches, endless training material and bespoke progression planning... the right candidate will be hungry to excel within a collaborative and innovative working environment.
As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the office. My client is looking for an independent, motivated and organised individual, who can bring with them a positive energy to create a lovely space for the office.
The Administrators day to day duties are as follows:
Being the POC for all visitor
Assisting with the onboarding of new starts; Welcome pack, employee policies etc.
Organising of the Quarterly onboarding trip to the Netherlands for new starters; flights, accommodation, etc.
Organise Global onboarding in the UK room hire, accommodation, food & team building exercises.
Assisting with Team Engagement
Producing an internal monthly UK Newsletter to employees
Booking accommodation / flights for colleagues
Ensure the weekly lunch shop / tea & coffee etc is ordered and arriving in a timely manner.
Keeping the office neat and tidy
Ordering of office stationery as and when needed
Distribution of daily post
Managing the cleaner schedule weekly
Other ad hoc duties
The Successful Administrator must have the following skills/experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
Confident personality, motivated and driven
Proactive with attention to detail.
