The successful Senior Building Surveyor's Role

This consultancy, known for its dynamic approach and supportive environment, offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to work on a diverse and prestigious client portfolio, including Oxford University, Oxford City Council public buildings, the NHS, high-value private residential properties, laboratories, and grade-listed buildings.

Leading project delivery services across a diverse range of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Conducting detailed building surveys, preparing reports, and providing expert advice on dilapidations, contract administration, and other surveying services.
Working closely with prestigious clients, including educational institutions, healthcare providers, and private sector clients, to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Engaging in business development activities, contributing to the growth and reputation of the consultancy.The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

RICS accreditation.
Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment.
Technically astute, with a bias towards project delivery.
Strong communcation skills both written and verbal with client facing ability.
Demonstratable experience with a varied client portfolio.In return?

£55,000 - £65,000
