Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using offline programming software
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless integration of CNC programs into manufacturing processes
Optimizing toolpaths and cycle times
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce lead times
Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machining issues to maintain production quality and accuracy
Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including CAD/CAM files, process instructions, and tooling specifications
Interpret technical drawings and specifications, working closely with design and engineering teams
Contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing techniques and best practices
Experience required:
Extensive experience with CAD/CAM software across various industries, with a diverse range of materials and parts
MasterCAM or HyperMILL is a must
Proficiency as an Offline Programmer and setup, with a strong grasp of milling processes
Sound knowledge of machining principles, including tool selection, and cutting parameters
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, enabling you to diagnose and rectify machining issues
Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interpreting technical drawings
Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing and production operations
