The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality service is maintained throughout all phases. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of sectors, providing extensive exposure and professional growth.

Key Requirements

Developing project plans and agreeing on any changes or enhancements with stakeholders.
Liaising with stakeholders to clearly define project requirements.
Managing risks and ensuring project administration is handled efficiently.
Overseeing all aspects of project planning, from development to execution.The Construction Project Manager

A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, or a related field.
MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualification, or the intention to become qualified.
Experience in managing a variety of construction projects within a consultancy environment.
Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Confidence in mentoring junior team members.
The ability to make decisive decisions and remain calm under pressure.In Return?
