MC is engaged by a longstanding client to hire in a small team of account managers for this thriving tech/digital recruiter. They offer a range of service from contingenct to managed service and have contracts to supply a portfolio of retail organisations going through a digital transformation.

The role will mean engagement with internal recruitment at key clients and the day-to-day process management for candidates that you and your team-mates will have unearthed. In time, you will will spend time on site with your clients so it really is a side-by-side partnership rather than firing cv's through a recruitment portal!

Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience (doesnt have to be tech) and be looking to take on a more consultative role whereby you will liaise very closely with your client with regard to attraction strategy.
