Quantity Surveyor / Senior

You will be a Senior Level Quantity Surveyor looking to join an experienced commercial team working on projects nationally throughout the UK. The role is office and you will take full financial responsibility for projects allocated. A good understanding of JCT Contract and Contract Law is required.

You will:

* Ideally have a relevant HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying

* One years plus experience as a quantity surveyor within a UK Contractor

* Fit-Out, Retail or Framework experience working on fast track programmes

* Good understanding of Contract Law and JCT Contracts

* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Polished client facing

* Be commercially and contractually aware

* Highly motivated and keen to progress

* IT Literate

* Hold a full UK Drivers licence

* Flexible to meet business requirement

* A stable work history a must
