We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding friendly team based in our modern Carmarthen Office.
We have lucrative warm desks based in our Carmarthen office providing a great opportunity for the right, business driven consultants, to join at this exciting time of re-growth.
The successful applicants will have the choice of working on permanent or temporary/fixed-term recruitment across all Primary Care sectors. Those who can demonstrate a track record of determination and ambition will probably already possess the qualities needed to be a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Dream Medical has existing relationships/PSL agreements with a high number of organisations ranging from Private to NHS establishments, giving Consultants the perfect environment to hit the ground running from day one. Full training is on offer to ensure Consultants are 100% confident working in this specialist sector.
We are keen to hear from anyone currently working in sales who feels they need a new challenge or already has proven recruitment experience looking to progress in a different sector.
A basic salary & competitive un-capped commission scheme is on offer providing salary packages of c£30k+ with OTE of c£60k+ after the first year. Additional benefits are also awarded to successful, target driven consultants.
