Class 1 Driver
We are looking for HGV, LGV, Category C+E, delivery drivers who will be offered regular, ongoing work, local to the PO postcode. We have various roles to suit. Including refrigeration, general haulage, pallets, etc.
As a Class 1 driver you must:
* Hold a valid drivers licence.
* Hold a valid CPC card.
* Hold a valid Tacho card.
* Have less than 9 points on your licence
* Have Class 1 driving experience.
* Be flexible, comfortable working alone and confident with driving a variety of vehicles.
A Class 1 drivers responsibilities include:
* Carrying out deliveries in a professional and timely manner.
* Low-level multidrop (2 - 10 deliveries)
* Lifting moderate weight (Up to 25kg)
The successful Class 1 Driver can expect:
* Monday Friday: £13.50 PAYE, or £16.50 Umbrella
* 28 days paid holiday pro rata on PAYE.
* Weekly Pay
* 8-hour minimum guaranteed pay per day*
This Class 1 Driver position is commutable from Fareham, Havant, Chichester, and other areas nearby to Portsmouth.
