We are searching for a talented MD with a strong sales background for a SME food business which is all set for fast growth.
You could be a GM, Head of Sales, or Commercial leader looking for your first MD role.
They are already very successful but need fresh leadership to take them onto the next stage of their development as a business, they want to double in size from circa £2.5m to £5m in the next few years.
This role will report into the board and is based in West Yorkshire, so you must be able to commute to site. You'll lead a small and committed team across operations, sales, marketing, technical, NPD and support services.
As MD youll be focused on driving sales and growth, winning and developing a range of grocery and high street customers. Experience of dealing with the large UK grocers is essential, as is your background in sales and national accounts.
We seek someone who is pragmatic, driven, ambitious and capable of rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. Crucially, youll bring a track record of leading people and winning sales in relevant categories. Experience in the UK food/drink or FMCG sector is essential.
