TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a leading, global provider of consulting and engineering services, who are looking to add an M&E surveyor to a role carrying out M&E condition surveys of various school sites in Gwynedd Wales.
The role involves a survey of all buildings and M&E assets on site in various schools, commencing towards the end of March and lasting approximately 4 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the clients own in-house software on a portable tablet.
The role is paid on a school-by-school basis, and the rate based on the square meterage of the schools.
This role is outside of IR35.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this position, so either an existing certificate, or the ability to pass one will be necessary.
