Our client has a huge foothold in the EV & Solar sector and with this are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to come and join the team and manage the operations of their projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a management and technical background.
Job Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and overseeing day-to-day operational processes.
What will you do?
* Produce and source bills of materials and liaise with suppliers.
* Schedule installations, liaising with clients, Subcontractors and Installation staff..
* Managing teams
* Improving efficiency
* Ensuring the smooth execution of operational strategies.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Comply with industry & MCS standards on all installations.
* Understand and be able to work to Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
What you'll need
* Safety at the forefront of everything you do.
* Excellent people skills.
* Previous technical background
* Previous experience in a Management or Leadership position relating to Electrical projects/installations/contracts etc.
* Previous experience as a domestic electrician.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A flexible working approach and a desire to create a positive customer experience.
