About the role:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining clean and orderly environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.

* Train new cleaning team members on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

* Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.

* Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

* Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.

* Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning protocols and best practices.

* Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.

* Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.

* Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to enforce them
