Source Solutions are proud to be working with a leading, highly regarded contractor and platinum award investor in people, within electrical infrastructure, a pioneer within reduced carbon solutions and innovator within net zero strategy on a large scale, to identify an experienced Primavera P6 Planner to work hands-on within the project planning within the south, whilst taking on a step up in responsibility,
These projects will be developed within a construction environment and will encompass a range of civils aspects, structural, building, M&E, high voltage equipment, rail and more and will often work to NEC contracts ideally candidates will have experience in one or more of these areas.
Whilst responsible for the detailed planning of their own projects (in Primavera P6), the successful candidate will also provide a conduit for the Planning Manager, to the regional performance in relation to delivery to expectations, as well as providing appraisals and feedback on the performance of other Planners in the region, monitoring performance and outputs teams comprising permanent staff and contractors.
Candidate requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of and extensive experience working with Primavera P6
* Construction industry (commercial / industrial) experience in planning complex, multidisciplinary and high-value projects
* Adaptable nature with an ability to deal with change and / or ambiguity
* Ambitious and engaged nature and an ability to lead
* Demonstrable understanding of project delivery and monitoring of project performance
