Office Support Worker
Reports To Reports to Supervisor and above. some tasks under guidance and may have responsibility for less complex tasks. may:
Handle escalated or more complex issues,
Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
Support supervisor or manager activities,
Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.
Job Type Description:
Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include the following: data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, most of the time is spent on office-based activities.
Other Duties May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Plans and organizes own work on hourly/daily basis.
Follows predefined procedures or processes.
Internal Contacts Regular interaction with First Line Management
Occasional interaction with Senior Management
External Contacts None
Relevant Experience Some (1-3 years)
