Questech Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a market leading Global Business that employ more than 3500 staff, this is an exciting time to join the business with recent growth.
The office has a great atmosphere with employees working as a team and they are looking to grow the order processing team with this additional role.
This position will be based at the head office in Elland, which is commutable from Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Leeds.
We are looking for candidates who have worked as a sales administrator / sales order processor / customer service administrator / sales coordinator / engineering administrator who have worked with technical manufacturing products.

The role:
* Processing customer sales orders
* Liaising with customers via phone and email
* Customer complaint investigation
* Quotations
* Responding to sales enquiries
* Utilise the SAP system
To apply for this role:
* Have a proven track record in technical administration
* Have great attention to detail
* Be comfortable with speaking to customers over the phone
* Be a team player
* Have had exposure to CRM systems
* Ideally have used SAP
