Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse

Are you passionate about early childhood education and nurturing the development of young minds? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse to join our team at a well-established nursery in Loughborough.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow.
- Support the lead teacher in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Attend to the individual needs of each child, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and partnership in children's learning.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
