An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Quality Coordinator to join our client's team. In this integral role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality products to valued customers.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating the receipt of internal and external documentation required to meet customer quality requirements.

* Conducting thorough reviews of vendor documentation to ensure compliance with the required specifications.

* Preparing accurate documentation packs to support the on-time delivery of customer products.

* Proactively managing and resolving queries to maintain efficient operations.

* Providing excellent support to customers and third-party inspectors, both on-site and remotely.

* As the nature of our client's business is dynamic, the responsibilities and tasks may evolve to meet future demands, offering ample opportunities for your professional growth.

What We Are Looking For:

* Previous experience in evaluating technical quality documentation.

* An advantageous background in engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.

* Proven ability to be proactive, highly organized, and work independently.

* Strong customer focus with a "right first-time" mentality, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to excellence.

* Confidence, a desire to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs to streamline workflows.
