A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire, eager to grow and punch above their weight with the schemes they work on, are seeking an Associate Director.

The Associate Director's Role

The successful Associate Director will join a team of three Quantity Surveyors and will take over the day to day running of projects and management of the team, thus freeing up the Quantity Surveying Director to do more business development.

Project wise, the new Associate Director will be working on projects for the NHS which includes a pleasant variety of work including new builds, refurbishments, civil projects, infrastructure, and more - it's not just hospital after hospital!

The Associate Director

Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience
MRICS or 8+ years UK quantity surveying consultancy experience
Good pre and post contract experience
Experience of managing a Quantity Surveying team
Healthcare experience would be beneficial, but not essentialIn Return?

£70,000 - £80,000
