The Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer role

The successful Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from SMEs to large blue-chip corporations, across both public and private sectors.

As the new Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer, you will be immersed in a variety of projects including commercial, residential, education, MoD, MoJ, sports, nuclear, and retail sectors.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of providing comprehensive Health and Safety consultancy services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance on every project.

The Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer

Proven experience as a Senior CDM Consultant / Principal Designer, with a strong background in delivering health and safety consultancy services across various sectors.
A deep understanding of health and safety legislation, including the CDM Regulations 2015, and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively to diverse projects.
Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and membership in professional bodies such as IOSH or APS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, design teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
A commitment to continuous professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.In return?
