We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller, who will play a key role within the team and business success. Reporting to the FC you will support tasks that are crucial to the finance team, in completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner. This will include, but is not limited to the following
* Collection of cash
* Resolving payment queries
* Ensure debts are chased in line with processes and procedures.
* Meet cash/debtor day targets
* Monitor credit limits and obtain credit reports for both new & existing customers
* Perform pre & legal action to recover debts where necessary
* Other admin duties as and when required
The successful person will have previous credit control working knowledge, possess excellent communication skills and a professional telephone and written approach along with high attention to detail and strong time management skills. Ideally you will have 2 years experience in a similar role and excel knowledge to intermediate level
