(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend around £20-25 per month depending on use.
MANAGEMENT
The entire property is managed by our in house letting management firm Easylord.
