Project:
This is a 6 month project for an experienced IT Support Engineer who has demonstrable experience of office infrastructure setup, laptops deployment, data migrations and overall migration readiness.
The project will require knowledge of both Windows and Mac as well as MS Office and VPN/Networking.
Key experience required:
Migration readiness, including active participation in testing and documentation
Laptops deployment, including transitioning users from previous hardware
Data migration
Office setup
Experienced in supporting end users, enabling a seamless transition
