The house is based in Brislington, on Hungerford Road, it’s a lovely 3 bed with a big kitchen and living room downstairs. It has easy links to the centre, and Brislington park and ride just up the road. It has a big garden and the room is a south facing room which looks over Knowle golf course, with lovely views of nature.
You’ll be living with me, Eddie, who is a 30 year old engineer, I do project management for M&E with building etc. I love a pub, travelling, climbing, socialising with friends, fitness / gym and nature, so walks and exploring. I work from home 1-2 days a week.
Heather my partner, who is 27, she’s a hair dresser, loves gigs, music, socialising and travelling.
It’s a chilled house, we’re just looking for a chilled and respectful house mate, to be a friend as well. This isn’t a party house, but we aren’t complete clean freaks, just clean after yourself. Hopefully keen for a bbq and rare party here and there. Also dinner parties! So looking for someone to be social but we also respect each others space and time.
You, are hopefully 25-35, professional, focused on career while also likes to chill / socialise, but also won’t mind being part of the house and have a meal here and then, maybe a pub night / night out. If you want to do anything to your room, let me know and if I agree I’ll help / pay to do it.
Rent is £650 + bills, bills will be more in the winter and less in the Summer.
