Hi my name is Nathaly, I'm looking to rent a double room in my flat for a minimum of 3 months at a time, however ideally I would be looking to rent it out on a long term basis preferably.
The room is a double room with its own en-suite which includes a toilet/sink/shower.
The room has its own private lock on the door with two large windows receiving lots of natural daylight which looks over the river that flows at the rear of the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

The property is based on Newhaven Road. This means it's very close to several parks like Victoria Park and pilrig Park near by. There is also easy access to the old railway cycle path 1min away from the property which also links up with the water of leith paths along the river. So very nice to walk or just take some time out.
Being that the location is on Newhaven Road it has several amenities close by like local shops, bars & takeaway restaurants.
Local transport is very close to the property as there are several different routes and bus numbers available from this location.
You can walk 10mins and be in the centre of leith walk or even 20/25 mins and be In the city centre (Princess street).
Looking for someone who is professional, either in full time employment or a student with a secure job.
I am a professional woman who works a lot but when at home I enjoy taking care of my plants and cooking. I am very respectful of other people's personal space as at the same time i have mine respected also, but I'm also happy to do some activities together if there's an opportunity to do so as I like to keep a friendly vibe at home.
