Job Title Telesales/Sales Executive

Salary - £30k plus benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and driven Telesales/Sales Executive.

If you have a passion for selling over the phone and building relationships with prospects to secure long term partnerships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities and requirements

You will be working outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of booking Event & Exhibitions Logistics, Flights and Hotel Accommodation

* You will need direct B2B telesales experience, and be used to nurturing leads and building relationships with business prospects from the initial contact to converted customer.

* You must be able to work under pressure, utilizing your sales skills to build strong relationships with potential new Clients.

* You will be required to make a minimum of 30+ calls a day and compose multiple emails per day to maximize conversion.

* There is a degree of account management involved.

* Be responsible for growing our business by direct telemarketing.

* You will have to be adaptable with being able to sell to different types of prospects.

* Updating CRM by recording customer details including reactions, feedback, and contact information.

* Someone who is resilient, self-motivated and has a passion for achieving goals who can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

* Someone who enjoys direct outbound telemarketing calls to pre-set lists, all preceded with email marketing.

* You will need to be someone who loves an email. You will be using Outlook every day, using templates provided and free written direct emails so you need to be confident utilising email for sales.

* Someone who thrives being part of a team, who enjoys helping teammates improve and are always wanting to share ideas and contribute across the business
